Return Policy
Return Policy: Products may be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery if:
- Products are unused and in original condition with original packaging
- Products have all tags and labels intact
- Return is initiated through our official return portal
- Products are not damaged due to misuse
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or worn items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Custom or personalized orders
- Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked)
- Items purchased more than 15 days ago
- Return Process:
Log into your account and initiate a return request
- Provide reason for return
- Print the return label (if applicable)
- Ship the item back to us in original condition
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error or defective product
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Refund amounts will be credited to your original payment method.
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will issue a replacement or full refund without requiring the original product to be returned, at our discretion.
Exchanges: Exchanges for different sizes or colors are processed as a return and new purchase. Standard return policies apply.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned or exchanged.
